The buyer covers the direct return shipping cost.

How to make a return
- Request a return
Email hello@obscuracult.pl and include your order number. - Secure the product
Make sure it is unworn and includes its original tags and packaging. - Send the parcel
Once your request is verified, we will send you return shipping instructions.We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
Complaints
We care about the quality of our products. If you notice a defect, you have the right to file a complaint.
Email us photos of the defect and a description of the issue. We will review your request within 14 days.
